MyKidSpots Provider Agreement

This page is for your reference. You will be asked to review and sign the agreement when you create your provider account.
1. Overview
MyKidSpots is a platform that helps parents discover local kid-friendly activities, classes, and events. We list your programs and connect interested families to you directly — at no cost to you.
This agreement covers the relationship between you (the “Provider”) and Yapplify LLC, doing business as MyKidSpots (the “Platform”).
2. What MyKidSpots Does for You
- Lists your events, classes, and programs on MyKidSpots
- Surfaces your listings to local parents actively searching for activities like yours
- Provides a provider dashboard to manage your listings and view engagement activity
- Sends interested families your way — you handle registration and payment directly and keep 100% of what you earn
3. Listing Fee
Provider listing on MyKidSpots is permanently free. No monthly fee, no annual fee, no per-listing charge. There is no trial period — your listing is free from day one and stays free indefinitely.
No contracts, no lock-in. You can remove your listing at any time from your dashboard.
4. Payment Terms
- You collect payment directly from families through your own checkout, Venmo, cash, or however you normally operate. MyKidSpots never handles parent payments.
- You keep 100% of what families pay you — MyKidSpots never takes a cut of your revenue.
5. How Listing Activity Is Tracked
Parents can mark “Interested” or “Going” on your listings. You can view engagement data in your provider dashboard to understand which events are resonating with families. This data is provided for your benefit only and does not affect billing.
6. Your Listing, Your Control
You can update, pause, or remove your listings at any time from your provider dashboard. MyKidSpots will never modify your listing content without your permission.
7. Termination
You may remove your listing and close your account at any time from your provider dashboard — no notice period required. Upon removal, your listings will no longer appear on MyKidSpots. No fees will be charged before or after termination.
MyKidSpots reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content policies, with notice where practical.
8. Data and Privacy
MyKidSpots collects only the data needed to operate the platform: your business name, contact information, and event details. We share referral information (parent interest) with you so you can follow up. We do not sell provider or parent data to third parties.
